Today, we completed a fitness segment for the spec show I’ve been helping out with, “It’s All About Fitness.” Maxine, 92, didn’t start working out with a trainer until age 80. She said that she used to have extreme back pain and shaky balance. Now, after working with “It’s All about Fitness'” creative producer (also a personal trainer) for the past 12 years she has gained back both strength and balance, focusing on her core body maintenance while using TRX.
Maxine’s determination best exemplified that age and body are no match for a great attitude when it comes to overall body health and fitness.
